Fermo is one of Le Marche's quiet gems, a small medieval town (inhabitants 37,500), high on a hill overlooking the Adriatic sea. It is a place of cobbled streets, fine architecture, lofty umbrella pines, pre-roman and gothic facades, dusky convents, ancient churches, elegant porticos, excellent bars, fine restaurants, roman cisterns, an exquisite theatre, a season of cultural events, and much more. Here you will find well-travelled visitors, bustling markets, traditional civility and kind, hospitable people. It is one of my favourite places in Le Marche.
Thus I am delighted to have accepted, from the Comune of Fermo and private clients, a portfolio of property to promote in the city to discerning clients and international tourism and property investors. Amongst them is a fading hotel in breathtaking location, a 17th century palazzo full of frescoes and a 17th century merchants house with secluded garden, all in the historic centre of town and perfectly located for tourist and leisure industry development.
